3. The User shall not violate any laws or regulations or these Terms in connection with the Service.

Article 4 (Reservation Procedure)

2. We will notify you as soon as the booking is confirmed. However, confirmation of the reservation is subject to the availability of the store or service provider.
3. If there is an error in the information provided by the user, we will not be responsible for it.

Article 5 (Cancellation and Change)

1. If the user wishes to cancel or change the reservation, the user shall promptly contact the user by the method specified by the Company.
2. Cancellations and changes are subject to the policies of the store or service provider. We are not responsible for any cancellation fees or costs associated with changes.

Article 6 (Usage Fee)

1. When using this service, a fee separately determined by the Company may be incurred.
2. The user shall check and agree to the fee before using the service.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. We do not guarantee that you will be able to get the reservation you want. If you are unable to make a reservation due to the circumstances of the store or service provider, we will not be responsible for it.
2. We are not involved in any troubles or disputes that occur between the user and the store or service provider, and we are not responsible for any of them.
3. The Company shall not be liable for any inability to use the Service due to natural disasters, system failures, or problems with the communication environment.

Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)

We will handle the personal information of users appropriately in accordance with the “Privacy Policy”.

Article 9 (Prohibited Matters)

When using this service, the user shall not perform the following acts.

1. Acts of providing false information
2. Acts of impersonating a third party
3. Acts that interfere with the operation of this service
4. Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals.

Article 10 (Change and Suspension of Service)

The Company shall be able to change or suspend the contents of this service without prior notice to the user. We are not responsible for any damage caused by this.

Article 11 (Intellectual Property Rights)

The intellectual property rights of all content and information related to this service belong to the Company or a third party who has legitimate rights. Users may not use these without the permission of the Company.

Article 12 (Changes to the Terms)

Article 13 (Governing Law and Court of Jurisdiction)
