Please note that changes and cancellations for photo nominations and main nominations are not allowed.
Only free service without nomination can be changed or cancelled.
You can change only once, but you cannot change or cancel after paying the fee.

The second time, other areas, and cancellations will be charged 2,000 yen.

In the event that a reservation is not made immediately in advance (e.g., the day before), we may contact you in advance only if we are unable to show you the room because a female cast member you have designated is not feeling well or is absent due to her menstruation or other reasons. Please make sure to notify us of your phone number when you make a reservation. Caller ID and 050 dialing are not accepted.
Reservations for new customers can only be made on the same day.
Members can make reservations from 12:00 noon of the previous day.
3. When making a reservation, please inform us of your name, telephone number, time zone, course, and the name of the female if you have already decided on a female.
