■ Cancellation
Basically, cancellations and changes are not possible (the full course fee will be charged), but please note that in the case of unavoidable circumstances, a cancellation fee of 5,000 yen + transportation expenses, and a change fee of 3,000 yen + transportation expenses will be charged.
Even if you make a reservation, the guidance time may be delayed or not possible depending on the attendance status of the companion or traffic conditions.
If the guidance time is delayed or the guide is not possible due to the companion's delay or absence, we will not be able to reimburse the room fee, so please check in advance.
